but major pharmaceutical companies are not interested.

Researchers at the University of Alberta, in Edmonton, Canada have cured cancer last week, yet there is a little ripple in the news or in TV. It is a simple technique using very basic drug. The method employs dichloroacetate, which is currently used to treat metabolic disorders. So, there is no concern of side effects or about their long term effects.

  1. Look at the timeframe, though. This happened in 2007. And somehow is going around the mini news circuit again. I got fed this news and looked into it. No recent news.

The chief concern with curing cancer is how the American Cancer Society is not funding the research, but paying their executives six figure salaries...only 16 percent is going directly to the patients.

youtube video is dated May 7,2007. The question now is why is it going around again on Hub pages and what has been happening since then?
